About Har Ghar Tiranga
Launched in 2022 as part of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav, Har Ghar Tiranga has evolved into a nationwide people’s movement, with citizens across the country coming together to hoist the National Flag and celebrate the spirit of Independence. This year, the campaign also marks 150 years of Vande Mataram, bringing together the National Flag and the National Song in a shared expression of patriotism. Through mass singing, cultural programmes and public participation, Har Ghar Tiranga 2026 celebrates the enduring spirit of Vande Mataram and its place in India’s national journey.
